Cheese

There are so many wonderful cheese varieties at Whole Foods, which is the grocery store I use, and it's time I explored the world of cheese. Small bites of heaven on a cracker. I just have to remember to write the names down. They all flow together at this time; either French, Greek, or Italian with some Dutch. I need to remember to write the name down. Anyway, I'll start writing my findings in my cheese research.

Where I grew up in Ridgewood, NJ there was a cheese shop . . . a shop devoted to CHEESE! The smell was wonderful. It doesn't exist anymore. I think it's a clothing store, now. Just think, though, the research someone probably did in the 1970s when they had access to that cheese shop.
