The first meal of the day was an apple, and the first dinner of the New Year will be spaghetti. So far this is a great year! :) I hope you all have a great year. I plan on posting as I bake and read books of culinary interests. I wish I could attend the Master's of Gastronomy program at Boston University, but maybe some other year. Cheers!
