I walked away hunger during lunch, but I couldn't walk away the anticipation of oreos when I returned to my desk. The walk was great, there were hardly any people, and the rain left puddles along the mall rocks; it was like a maze trying to step on the area that would leave me with the fewest water marks on my clogs.
I would recommend guatemalan roast coffee. I am very interested in organic fair trade, and artisan. I bought a bag of organic small reserve coffee, and there was something not so good about it, it was a light roast, and I tasted that flavor before so I thought it would be good. Eventually, I just threw it away as I knew it would not be a pleasurable experience to drink it. I then just bought guatemalan at M.E.Swing, and man was it worth the wait. Just the smell before it brews, and I don't need to add sugar to make it interesting. I don't know if the coffee from earlier in the morning, or the walk, or the oreos increased my activity, but something made me giggle in an elevator when I was almost eaten by the door :)
