Whole Milk, there is no substitute. . . hmmmm. Another cup o' joe, and I'm a happy woman. Also, I realized after seeing LaVazza sold in Whole Foods, that I think I mistook Illy Coffee for LaVazza. LaVazza is the dark roast I always drank at a gelateria in Seattle (on the corner of Union and 3rd), and also at DeLauranti in Seattle's Pike Place Market. I didn't see a medium roast option to compare the two tastes, so I'll just stick with Illy Coffee until I can figure out what exactly is in the LaVazza cans of coffee.
