I finally cut up the chocolate-oregon peach bars. They are a little bitter, but more of a mature taste. I don't know where the bitterness comes from. I wonder if the peach preserves burned or something. Who knows, they are still good, though. I sprayed the pan before and after I covered the pan with tin foil. It worked like a dream to get the bars out. Cutting was a dream after letting them sit covered overnight. I let them cool first, before they were covered.

I didn't wake up refreshed although my face looks healthy. I wonder if the air conditioning did it, or if it's because I didn't eat much last night. That's probably it, though. I had a big glass of fruit that I mushed in a food processor.
