Coffee Musings - 102507

The ride into work was a chore. The train was bumpy, not like bumps on the track, but rather like a new car driver who is learning how to break. I think it affected my attitude, as I'm in a shit mood. I need chocolate. I come into work, and I remember that a brownie I bought a couple days ago is on my desk. It should still be good as it was wrapped. Also, I brought in grapes, and I have an apple. Eventually, I should be in a good mood.

Also, I finished Under a Flaming Sky. I want to give it a great review because it is a gripping read, but it will probably be mediocre as sometimes information, which is relevant, is just plopped into the book. I'm getting my research together to do the review. I listened to the Minnesota Public Radio interview this morning. That was pretty cool, and I would recommend it. It is definitely a timely read considering the fires happening in California.
