Cookie Musings - 070207

I just baked Good-As-Store-Bought cookies from the King Arthur Flour Cookie Cookbook. They are awesome! Ohmygawd! My favorite cookies in the entire world were from Jaime's cookies in Madison, Wisconsin. They were sweet, and they had oatmeal in them for some reason. Well, these have oatmeal, which was food processed with milk chocolate, bittersweet chocolate, toasted walnuts, and then some. They are big and wonderful. Probably could break a window in a couple days they are so dense. I'm looking forward to giving them to my co-workers.

I've noticed I haven't been running, but baking more. I was about to say, well, it's the baking more. That's the reason why I'm not running. However, that's not it. I just need to run more, that's all.
