Ohmygawd! I'm 39. Dang! Well, maybe this year will not be based on beauty, but passion. I wittled my activities down for the year to a few specific focus points: running/reading/writing. I feel passion when I run, and when I write. Also, if I don't read I'm totally fish without water. Of the three activities, reading is something I MUST do to be the same person I am when I look in the mirror.
My twin took me to the O's-twins game yesterday. That was a lot of fun. We left after the 5th inning, but it started two hours late. The o's lost, but since it was against the twins, and we are twins, it was still good. Too bad the O's lost. My twin gave me a Brian Roberts bubble head doll. Both he and I had open heart surgery. In fact in 2005 my mom calls me up to say that there is someone on the All-Star team who had open heart surgery. I don't follow baseball, but I googled him, and found he's on my home team. Who'd knew! To have had open heart surgery, and then get to that caliber of strength - good job B-Rob! I'll have to get those bracelets. A couple for my parents as they are the ones that truly follow baseball; albeit as Cardinals fans. In DC there is an *official* Orioles shop, and maybe the bracelets will be there.
