Coffee Musings - 090907

I've been inspired recently by many people. Two are Brian Roberts of the Orioles and Kathrine Switzer. I plan on buying Kathrine's book soon. I may be a marathon runner one day, and not just a runner. Granted being a runner is still very good. I'm LOVE being inspired!

Also, I plan on submitting a manuscript for the Yale Series of Younger Poets competition this year. This will be my last year eligible for it. It will be all haiku, and I haven't written them, yet. I plan on writing at least 5 haiku/daily for the next month or so, and then by the time November 1st comes around I'll submit a manuscript with about 50-55. I'll probably have to go on long walks or something, to get inspired.
