Coffee Musings - 110207

I haven't bought milk in a while, so I drink my coffee with sugar. This is new after years and years (since 1993) of drinking coffee/espressso drinks. It's a great way to get off coffee I must admit. My coffee isn't bad, per say, but it's not exactly exciting. However, I forego-d on my coffee this morning, and bought a cappucino at ME Swings in DC. I'm HAPPY! Also, I finally burned a couple CDs of my iTUNES library of music to bring them into work. Each song is hand picked so I'm going to be VERY HAPPY all DAY!

I didn't wake up exceptionally early this morning to knit. I actually knit more than I needed for my sock homework. I started on a baby blanket that I will give to Project Linus. I thougth to myself - I'll just do one row. Yesterday I did the cast on. The last time I used the Aurora 8 it was a beautiful purple color, but the yarn after a while didn't hold me. I couldn't wait for the project to be done. However, with this multi-colored yarn the project will unfold and get a life of it's own, and it will remain in my subconscious as waves of textures. Pretty cool!

I sent in my application for Rockin' Sock Club and I already renewed my Ten Club membership! Life is good!
