Jazz and coffee

Who discovered this perfect match? It's like fresh baked bread and butter. Does it get any better than that?

I wish it was Friday night, and that I owned an espresso machine, and that I could create a thick latte with a design on top of a leaf. I'm listening to John Coltrane now, and it's reminding me of one of the best parts of my Seattle time - when I would research for my latte book described earlier, sometimes I would go to a cake place. Ultimately it was night, and there were small candles on the table. I would sit near the windows as Aretha Franklin or some jazz would play. It was such a better space than my apartment . . . unfortunately. However, that experience makes me appreciate what I have now that much more. Oh well, if it wasn't a week day I would be sipping coffee right now :)
