Coffee Musings - 070407

The hardest change in my food consumption will be buying from farmer's markets. I would only buy organic, but I rarely have cash on me. That's it really. Also, as not all the foods at farmer's markets are organic, I'll have to make the effort to find recipes for only those foods that are organic that I like. This will be the challenge to me as a cook since my cooking choices aren't very diverse, and I'm a picky eater. I can try it. Just a little at a time. I think it's a good idea to try to limit the amount of travel from where produce is grown to my plate. It's just a very new way of living, acting.
