Coffee Musings - 071107

Ironies of ironies my AC is finally fixed, and I decided to turn it off last night because it was too noisy. I'll put it on later as it will be in the 90s again.

Also, I don't check my mail that much since it's in one of those multi-box standing away things. Well, I guess I should have checked it sooner because I went to check my mail, and it's not there, including my bills. First, of course, I was leaning a bit towards panic. Usually if there is too much mail the mail person stuffs it into a bigger box, and places the key to the bigger box in my mailbox. There is no key. I'm going to just contact the post office, but jeez, why would ANYONE want MY mail. It's mostly advertisements :) Once I signed a postcard to decline receiving advertisements in the mail. I'll have to look into that again as it wastes paper, and my time.

I'm attending a Taking Action for Animals conference in DC at the end of this month. Colleen from Compassionate Cooks is speaking. Now, is that all stars in alignment or what? I mean I JUST became a vegetarian about a week ago, and I just started to listen to PodCasts about a month ago. Stars in alignment. Obviously, I am meant to go to this conference if only because it will lead me in another direction I'm suppose to go down.
