Coffee Musings - 082307

Only 3 more days until I'm 39, and I'm feeling old. That is unless I'm reading. When I read or knit or just work with my hands, or be creative in writing, the energy is so pure it is timeless. There is no age to creative energy. It is always reborn.

I'm reading Pat Barker's Double Vision. I LOVE this book!. I'm sensing from reviews, that maybe the story line isnt' clear compared to her previous novels. It's the word choice, though, that is incredible. I'm posting stickies on so many pages, so that I can go back to them when I review them in my Next Stop Graduate School blog. I'm looking forward to see if I will continue to love the writing towards the end.
