Coffee Musings - 010608

I finally uploaded some images to my computer as I just bought a digital camera last month with my Christmas bonus. I'm currently re-reading an exceptional book that is pictured with my daily cup of coffee.


Also, I'm working on a needelpoint for my parents Christmas present. It's the most detailed needlepoint I've done, and I've been needlepointing for almost 30 years. Luckily, I've completed enough needlepoints before that I shouldn't have to buy too much new yarn.

I baked some cookies for my department's New Year celebration. The recipe is just on the back of the Nestle package, and I added some M&Ms. It's a good recipe. I haven't used Nestle in a long time as I tried to focus on Callebut or other high quality chocolates. I have to say, though, that these hit the spot. I ate a lot when I baked the same recipe for my twin's family for the New Year:)
