Ooops, forgot to post this. I think I posted somewhere that May 16th, 2007 was the 30 year anniversary of the day my family packed the truck for us to move from West Bloomfield, MI to Ridgewood, NJ. Who'd knew 30 years could fly by.
Anyway, I also baked Pecan Fudgies from Nancy Baggett's All-American Cookie cookbook to bring in to work on the 16th, but I baked them during the evening of the 15th. The batter included melted chocolate, very little flour among other things, and chocolate pieces, roasted pecans, and coconut. They were appreciated by my co-workers, and were pretty good. I used a small ice cream scoop for portion control, and they were dainty.
